Shipping Policy

We ship to all continents and all countries. If for any reason we can't ship to your country we will contact you and inform you about it personally.

The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and the country that it will be sent to.

All orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the country of destination. Please note that some orders may take 3-5 weeks to arrive.

Some orders might come in separate packages. It might be shipped in different shipping batches or it might be sent from different warehouses. Don’t worry, everything that you have ordered will be sent to you. We will provide multiple tracking numbers for orders sent in multiple packages.

It might take up to 72 hours for a tracking number to become active. The detailed tracking information will be available when the package arrives in its destination country.
