- Yes, we do. We ship to all continents and all countries. If for any reason we can't ship to your country we will contact you and inform you about it personally.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
- The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and the country that it will be sent to. All orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
- Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the country of destination. Some orders may take 3-5 weeks to arrive since our items are coming overseas and from different warehouses.
I ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM. WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
- Your product may have been shipped in a different shipping batch or from a different warehouse. Don’t worry, everything that you have ordered will be sent to you. We will provide multiple tracking numbers for orders sent in multiple packages.
THE TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORK
- It might take up to 72 hours for a tracking number to become active. The detailed tracking information will be available when the package arrives in its destination country.
WHAT IF I DON'T GET THE ITEM I'VE ORDERED OR THE PACKAGE IS LOST?
- We offer 100% delivery guarantee. If the package is lost we will send a replacement.
